Pieces of Me
Some days I shine like morning sun,
Other days, I hide, I run.
I'm strong, I'm soft, a walking flame, Not always loud, but never tame.
I've loved too much, I've cared too deep,
Given dreams I couldn't keep.
Smiled through pain no one could see,
Held my ground quietly.
I'm stitched from scars and starry skies, From honest truths and well-told lies_ I'm growing still, not yet complete-A little bruised, but never beat.
So if you see me, know this part:
I carry storms, and still-my heart Is open wide, unashamed to be This beautiful, wild, unfinished me.
